The recently released Voice Application Designer (VAD) is a powerful tool for very quickly building IVR voice applications without the need for programming knowledge.  The visual drag-and-drop workflow design surface makes building a complete VoIP IVR feel almost as simple as drawing out the latest weekly department business process in a program like Visio.
